| dc.description.abstract | Nos últimos anos tem surgido um aumento significativo de movimentos ligados ao apoio de clubes futebolísticos. Com este aumento de movimentos, surge a necessidade de compreender melhor as motivações e comportamentos destes grupos. No presente estudo queremos perceber as motivações que dão origem aos comportamentos de membros de claques desportivas, desde potenciais origens com base em processos de desindividualização ou o próprio papel das emoções e dos níveis de identificação dos adeptos com o grupo onde se inserem. Os resultados apurados apontam para um significativo papel dos níveis de identificação por parte do adepto com a claque. Estes acabam por intensificar potenciais processos de desindividualização, que por sua vez estão na origem de comportamentos violentos. Níveis elevados de identificação acabam por ter impacto na construção social do adepto, pois sentem que estão num espaço seguro e com sujeitos com ideais semelhantes aos seus. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In the last few years there has been a surge of movements connected to support groups of football clubs. With this increase of movements, came the need to understand the motivations and behaviours of these specific groups. In the present study we strive to understand the motivations behind the behaviours of support group members, from potential origins in deindividuation processes or the role of emoticons and identification levels of supporters in the support groups they joined The results we gathered point to a particular role of the identification roles in a supporter with his support group. There levels end up intensifying potential deindividuation processes, which in turn are in the origin of violent behaviour. Higher identification has an impact on the development of the social foundation of the supporter, since they feel the support group is a safe space with people with similar points of views and beliefs to their own. | pt_PT |
