| dc.description.abstract | Neste artigo, apresenta-se brevemente, e edita-se parcialmente, um conjunto de orações e meditações espirituais de um monge alcobacense, patente no manuscrito da BNP – Alc. CCLXXIV/212 fls. 252-282, datáveis paleograficamente de meados do século XV. Estas meditações místicas, ainda que de autor anónimo, constituem um raro e relevante testemunho do nível de vida e sentimento religiosos correntes no seio da mais importante comunidade cisterciense portuguesa que atravessou, nesse tempo, um importante, posto que mal conhecido, período de renovação cultural e intelectual. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper briefly presents and partially edits a set of prayers and spiritual meditations of a monk from the monastery of Alcobaça, preserved in the manuscript of the BNP - Alc. CCLXXIV/212 fls. 252-282, datable to the mid-fifteenth century. These mystical meditations, although anonymous, are a rare and important testimony of the standard of religious living and feeling within the most important Cistercian Portuguese community, which has at the time, gone through an important, but hardly known, period of cultural and intellectual renewal. | |
