Esta dissertação debruça-se sobre as alterações introduzidas pela Lei n.º 93/2019, de 4 de setembro, ao regime do contrato de trabalho a termo resolutivo. Visamos efetuar uma análise global das principais alterações introduzidas por esta lei, com vista ao combate da precariedade laboral.
Pretendemos, por este meio, estudar as consequências teóricas e práticas destas alterações, em função dos objetivos estabelecidos pelo legislador. Deste modo, dadas as naturais limitações do formato, não procedemos a uma análise profunda de todas as alterações com ligação ao regime do contrato a termo de trabalho a termo resolutivo, tendo-nos focado naquelas que constituem o que entendemos ser os pilares fundamentais das alterações.
This dissertation focuses on the changes introduced by Law No. 93/2019, 4.th of September, to the regime of fixed-term employment contract. We aim to carry out a global analysis of the main changes introduced by this law, which aimed to combat job insecurity. We intend, in this way, to study the theoretical and practical consequences of these changes, according to the objectives established by the legislator. Thus, given the natural limitations of the format, we do not carry out an in-depth analysis of all the changes linked to the fixed-term fixed-term contract regime, having focused on those that constitute what we consider to be the fundamental pillars of the changes.
