Abstract(s)
Com a elaboração deste trabalho pretende-se compreender, qual a conceção dos docentes relativamente à colaboração entre professores de educação especial e professores de ensino regular, no planeamento de estratégias pedagógicas que visem o sucesso escolar dos alunos com necessidades educativas especiais.
Para o presente tema, elaborou-se então, um quadro teórico sobre as formas de construção do conhecimento e desenvolvimento profissional, tendo como base, as práticas colaborativas entre professores de ensino regular e de educação especial.
Assim, é objetivo deste trabalho, conhecer as conceções e os métodos de trabalho dos professores de ensino regular e de educação especial, que favorecem o desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional.
No enquadramento metodológico, este trabalho direciona-se para uma natureza de investigação qualitativa ou interpretativa, situado no estudo de uma amostra intencional que serve como meio facilitador da investigação, conseguindo desta forma, uma recolha de elementos e dados que ajudam e enriquecem a construção de um caminho de partilha de todo o processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
With the elaboration of this work, it is intended to comprehend what is the teachers conceptions in relation to the colaboration between them and special education teachers, planning teaching strategies, which are, aimed to special needs students to achieve academic success. For this theme, it was produced a theoretical framework on how to build the knowledge and professional development based on the collaboration between regular and special education teachers. Thus, the aim of this work is to provide the knowledge of perceptions and working methods of regular and special education teachers that are favourable for their personal development and professional growth. The methodology of this work is based on qualitative and quantitative investigation utilizing a purposive sample, in order to facilitate this research, thus gaining a collection of information and data that help and enrich the construction of a way of sharing all the teaching-learning process.
