Abstract(s)
Este trabalho consiste na aplicação do London Benchmarking Group Model (LBG Model) ao Projecto Agir+, da Associação de Alcoólicos Recuperados de Santa Maria da Feira (AARSMF), que foi objecto de um apoio de 8 000 euros por parte da Fundação EDP. O trabalho permitiu obter alguma informação para a construção do impact map do projecto que, desejavelmente, deveria ter a seguinte estrutura: objectivo; âmbito; organização; projecto; stakeholders; inputs; outputs; outcomes; impacts; indicators; recomendações; Social Return On Investment. Na medida em que o projecto ainda estava a decorrer quando este trabalho foi realizado, o impact map não pode ser finalizado. Assim sendo, não puderam ser apurados os outcomes, o SROI e outros indicadores específicos. Este trabalho permitiu identificar a necessidade de melhoria no controlo e recolha de dados que são necessários para a aplicação do método LBG e para o cálculo do SROI. Na situação atual desta organização neste domínio o cálculo deste indicador ainda não é possível.
This work consists of applying the London Benchmarking Group Model (LBG Model) to the Project Act+, part of the Association of rehabilitated alcoholics of Santa Maria da Feira (AARSM), which received a donation of €8 000 by the EDP Foundation. This essay yielded some information that can be used to build the project impact map. This map should have the following structure: objective, scope, organization, project, stakeholders, inputs, outputs, outcomes, impacts; indicators; recommendations; Social Return on Investment. As the project was still ongoing when this work took place, the impact map cannot be finalized. Therefore, the outcomes, the SROI and other specific indicators could not be determined. However, this study allowed for the identification of improvement factors in the control and collection of data that are required for the implementation of the LBG and the method for calculating the SROI. In the current situation of the organization in this field the calculation of this indicator is not yet possible.
