| dc.description.abstract | This compilation contains a short description of the national legislation, case law, literature and strategies implemented in the past 10 years in Bulgaria, Germany, Spain and Portugal on the topic of corporal punishment against children. In the framework of the project “Hands Up” – promoting the effective elimination of corporal punishment against children” the partners from 4 countries prepared their national country reports. In order to have one consistent report where the situation in these countries is reflected, SAPI prepared the current compilation report. | eng |
