Abstract(s)
Desta forma, a presente investigação procura responder a duas
In a society where communication and the way it is articulated are increasingly important, it becomes crucial for organizations to invest in effective communication processes, so that employees feel understood and listen. The construction of the organizational culture goes not only through communication but also through the leadership process, knowing that a leader is a very important actor in an organization This internship report seeks to analyze the role of RTP's intranet in engaging employees in the organizational culture and the role of new technologies in the leader-employee relationship. Thus, this research aims to answer two questions: "Does the use of the intranet by RTP contribute to a greater employee engagement with the organizational culture?" and "How do RTP employees perceive their relationship with leaders in the context of the new digital communication forms? In this context, the theoretical and conceptual framework intends to emphasize the processes of internal communication and digital leadership. At the methodological level, we used a qualitative methodology through interviews with four of the organization's collaborators. The results of our research show that RTP's intranet seems to contribute to a greater flow of information within the organization, benefiting internal communication. However, the intranet still does not allow RTP's collaborators to actively contribute to the production of its contents. As for the perception of leadership in the digital environment, the results of our study indicated that RTP's collaborators recognize the facilitating character of new technologies as far as communication is concerned, yet they still prefer traditional communication over digital.
