Abstract(s)
O objetivo deste trabalho é a melhoria do processo de expedição de pasta de papel entre o local de produção e o cais comercial. A necessidade de melhorar o processo de expedição advém de um aumento de produção, tornando o sistema de expedição atual inadequado para a nova realidade.
É inicialmente realizado um estudo de forma a analisar a capacidade ao longo do processo de expedição atual.
Iremos comparar o transporte ferroviário com o rodoviário, analisando quais dos dois é o mais viável. Após este estudo, identificamos que o transporte ferroviário não é economicamente viável, passando então a analisar quais as melhorias necessárias no transporte rodoviário para que este suporte o aumento de produção.
Concluímos que com o desenvolvimento de um semirreboque com maior capacidade de transporte de pasta de papel, integrado com um sistema de cobertura semiautomático para cobrir a pasta nos dias de chuva, um sistema pneumático para trancar a pasta de papel, impedindo que este se mova durante o transporte, são as melhorias necessárias para que o processo de transporte entre o local de produção e o cais esteja ao nível da nova capacidade de produção de pasta de papel.
The objective of this work is to improve the delivery process of pulp production between production site and commercial dock. The need to improve the delivery process arises from an increase in production, making the current system of transport inadequate to the new reality. It is initially performed a study to analyze the actual capacity along the delivery process. We will compare the rail road with road transport and analyze which of the two is the most feasible. After this study, we identified that rail is not economically feasible, so we analyze what the necessary improvements in road transport to support this increase in production. We conclude that the development of a semi-trailer with a higher transport capacity of pulp paper, with an integrated semi-automatic system to cover the pulp paper on rainy days and pneumatic system for locking the pulp, preventing it from moving during transport are the improvements needed in order that the transport system and the production capacity become balanced.
