| dc.description.abstract | Este relatório é realizado no âmbito do mestrado com especialização em enfermagem de saúde mental e psiquiátrica pretende refletir o percurso por mim realizado durante a unidade curricular estágio. O estágio é dividido em três módulos que abrangem a prevenção e promoção de estilos de vida saudáveis, a intervenção na crise do adulto e uma área opcional. Estes módulos de estágio decorreram entre 02 de Maio de 2017 e 11 de Janeiro de 2018, sendo o módulo I realizado numa Equipa de Tratamento da região norte, o módulo II num hospital psiquiátrico e o módulo III, opcional, numa Unidade de Desabituação. No módulo I integrei a equipa multidisciplinar de uma E.T. da zona norte onde prestei cuidados de saúde à população utilizadora deste serviço, que são essencialmente sem-abrigo e toxicodependentes. Sendo uma população com algumas especificidades o trabalho aqui realizado assentou essencialmente no estabelecimento da relação terapêutica. No módulo II, e, de forma a poder dar resposta à necessidade de aprendizagem de intervenção na crise do adulto, integrei a equipa multidisciplinar de uma enfermaria de internamento de um hospital psiquiátrico, onde tive a oportunidade de prestar cuidados especializados aos referidos doentes, tais como a aplicação da relação de ajuda formal e informal, a técnica de reestruturação cognitivo-comportamental, a gestão da comunicação e do ambiente físico, e o treino de competências pessoais e sociais. No módulo III estagiei numa Unidade de Desabituação, onde integrei a sua equipa multidisciplinar. Ai desenvolvi além da relação de ajuda e terapêutica, o acompanhamento terapêutico individual e em grupo promovendo a reabilitação destes utentes. Ao longo do relatório são abordados os objetivos propostos para os módulos de estágio, assim como é feita uma descrição dos locais de estágio, bem como uma descrição das atividades desenvolvidas para atingir os objetivos propostos. Posto isto, este relatório está estruturado por capítulos, sendo o primeiro referente à introdução, o segundo será relativo à caracterização dos locais de estágio, o terceiro capítulo abordará as competências do enfermeiro especialista tendo como subcapítulos os diferentes domínios referentes às mesmas, o capítulo seguinte será a conclusão, seguida do capítulo da bibliografia e para finalizar será o capítulo dos apêndices. A conjugação entre a teoria e o contexto prático, associadas à reflexão crítica acerca de todo o percurso, permitiu o desenvolvimento de capacidades e competências como enfermeira especialista em saúde mental e psiquiátrica. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report is conducted under the master's degree with specialization in nursing mental and psychiatric health, intended to reflect the course I completed during the curricular unit internship. The internship is divided into three modules covering the prevention and promotion of healthy lifestyles, intervention in the adult crisis and an optional area. These internship modules took place between May 2, 2017 and January 11, 2018, with module I being conducted in a northern region E.T., module II in a psychiatric hospital, and module III, optional, in a Disengagement Unit. In module I, I integrated the multidisciplinary team from a Northern Region where I provided health care to the population that uses this service, which are essentially homeless and drug addicts. Being a population with some specificities the work carried out here was essentially based on the establishment of the therapeutic relationship. In module II, and in order to respond to the need for intervention learning in the adult crisis, I integrated the multidisciplinary team of a ward of a psychiatric hospital, where I had the opportunity to provide specialized care to such patients, such as such as the application of the formal and informal help relationship, the cognitive-behavioral restructuring technique, the management of communication and the physical environment, and the training of personal and social skills. In module III I was in a Disengagement Unit, where I integrated his multidisciplinary team. I developed besides the help and therapeutic relationship, the individual and group therapeutic follow-up promoting the rehabilitation of these users. Throughout the report the proposed objectives for the internship modules are discussed, as well as a description of the internship sites as well as a description of the activities developed to achieve the proposed objectives. This report is structured in chapters, with the first one referring to the introduction, the second one will be related to the characterization of the internships, the third chapter will address the skills of the specialist nurse with the following chapters as subchapters, the next chapter will be the conclusion, followed by the chapter of the bibliography and to conclude it will be the chapter of the appendices. The combination of theory and practical context, combined with critical reflection on the whole course, allowed the development of skills and competences as a specialist nurse in mental and psychiatric health. | pt_PT |
