| dc.description.abstract | O papel do enfermeiro no cuidado à pessoa é desde sempre reconhecido como preponderante, nomeadamente em virtude das competências que este profissional mobiliza. É no encalço dessas competências, especificamente as inerentes ao cuidar especializado, que se edifica o presente documento à luz de uma filosofia de humanização que constituiu a força motriz para o perscrutar da experiência da incerteza na pessoa em situação crítica. Cuidar da pessoa a vivenciar processos complexos associados ao seu estado crítico é uma competência especializada fulcral, em conformidade com o atual paradigma da transformação que apela a um repensar enfermagem. E se o reestruturar deste pensamento aqui se retrata, igualmente se evidencia a afirmação pessoal no decorrer dos estágios efetuados em Cuidados Intensivos, Serviço de Urgência e contexto Pré-hospitalar. Se o módulo II constituiu o início do percurso, do abarcar de novos conhecimentos, da necessidade manifesta da prática baseada na evidência, do focalizar no pensamento crítico e do abraçar da experiência da pessoa em situação crítica, o módulo I permitiu mobilizar o cuidar para a área do trauma, consolidar um célere juízo clínico e o enfoque no cuidado culturalmente sensível, culminando com o módulo III que incitou ao desenraizamento hospitalar, proporcionando uma visão abrangente do cuidado de enfermagem, e onde as competências de gestão ganharam especial relevo, particularmente as respeitantes à gestão de equipas de intervenção em emergência. É a reflexão das competências postas em ato, a par do caminho com a pessoa em situação crítica e sua incerteza ao longo das distintas valências do seu cuidado, que aqui se encerram enquanto dinamizadores da aquisição da competência técnica, científica e humana para a prestação de cuidados especializados em enfermagem médico-cirúrgica. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The nurse's role in caring for the person has always been recognized as preponderant, namely due to the skills that this professional mobilizes. It is in pursuit of these competencies, specifically those inherent to the specialized care, that the present document is built in the light of a humanization´s philosophy that was the driving force for the need to examine the experience of uncertainty in the person in critical situation. Caring for the person experiencing complex processes associated with their critical state is a central specialized skill, in accordance with the current paradigm of transformation that calls for a rethinking of nursing. And if the restructuring of this thought is portrayed, it is also evident the personal affirmation in the course of the internships in Intensive Care, Emergency Service and Prehospital context. If module II was the beginning of the course, encompassing new knowledge, the manifest need for practice based on evidence, focusing on critical thinking and embracing the experience of the person in critical situation, module I allowed to mobilize care for the trauma area, consolidate a rapid clinical judgment and focus on culturally sensitive care, culminating with the module III that encouraged the uprooting of the hospital, providing a comprehensive view of nursing care, and where management skills have gained special importance, particularly those related to the management of emergency intervention teams. It is the reflection of the skills put into action, alongside the path with the person in critical situation and their uncertainty along the different valences of their care, that are closed here as drivers of the acquisition of technical, scientific and human competence for the provision of specialized care in medical-surgical nursing. | pt_PT |
