Bibliographic sources were presented in both cases, had been applied a logic of research/action with the incorporation of small studies with an investigative nature and quantifying charisma. In direct intervention with the target population of my care, in Module I, insert brief interventions as a gateway to behavioral change. On the other hand I developed a descriptive study of a quantitative character who's main objective was to identify risk levels of alcohol and other psychoactive substances, the population chosen. In Module II, having as main objective the intervention in adults with depressive mood, group development activities related to self-esteem, awareness of health education, and individualized interventions of the relational mood. Were also developed relaxation session according to the psychotherapeutic model of Bernstein, which are then evaluated by a dynamic of action research
