À luz do Documento da Aparecida e da Evangelii Gaudium, a presente dissertação
pretende explorar o paradigma de uma Igreja missionária, como resposta aos desafios dos
tempos atuais. Apresenta uma reflexão pastoral que parte da analise de algumas características
do mundo moderno e a suas principais consequências na sociedade e na instituição eclesial.
Trás à luz a reforma missionária da Igreja que implica um novo agir eclesial, no qual a Igreja
se descentraliza de si para ir ao encontro de todos. Alude à centralidade dos pobres no coração
da Igreja e à formação de pequenas comunidades de discípulos missionários. Por fim, trata a
transformação missionária da comunidade paroquial.
In light of the Aparecida Document and Evangelii Gaudium, this dissertation aims to explore the paradigm of a missionary Church as a response to the challenges of our times. It presents a pastoral reflection that starts from the analysis of some characteristics of the modern world and its main consequences in society and in the ecclesial institution. It brings to light the missionary reform of the Church, which implies a new ecclesial action, in which the Church decentralizes itself to go out to meet everyone. It alludes to the centrality of the poor at the heart of the Church and the formation of small communities of missionary disciples. Finally, it deals with the missionary transformation of the parish community.
