Com este relatório pretendo dar a conhecer o meu percurso de aprendizagem nos diferentes contextos de estágio e, consequentemente, refletir sobre o impacto do mesmo para o meu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional e no que concerne ao desenvolvimento das competências científicas, técnicas e humanas de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica (EEESIP). A temática do meu percurso formativo consiste na Promoção da Parentalidade Positiva, nomeadamente as intervenções do EEESIP que facilitam esse processo. A parentalidade é um foco de enfermagem que remete para a responsabilidade do papel parental na otimização do crescimento e desenvolvimento da criança/jovem. Uma vez que o EEESIP atua em parceria com a criança/jovem e família, tem um papel importante na promoção da parentalidade positiva. Esta visa o superior interesse da criança/jovem e o respeito pelos seus direitos, procurando assegurar a satisfação das suas necessidades e a criação de um ambiente que promova o seu desenvolvimento harmonioso e a valorização da sua individualidade e autonomia. Tendo por base as dimensões do exercício da parentalidade positiva, foram desenvolvidos projetos em cada contexto de estágio e que abrangeram áreas como a segurança infantil e prevenção de acidentes, o cuidado ao bebé com cólicas, a formação à equipa de enfermagem e multidisciplinar com enfoque na promoção da parentalidade positiva.
With this report I intend to present my learning path in the different internship contexts and, consequently, reflect on its impact in my personal and professional development and with regard to the development of the scientific, technical and human skills of Nurse Specialist in Child Health and Pediatric Nursing (in portuguese EEESIP). The theme of my work is the Promotion of Positive Parenting, namely the EEESIP interventions that facilitate this process. Parenting is a nursing focus that refers to the responsibility of the parental role in optimizing the growth and development of the child/young person. Since the EEESIP works in partnership with the child/young person and family, he has an important role in promoting positive parenting. This aims at the best interests of the child/young person and the respect for their rights, seeking to ensure the satisfaction of their needs and the creation of an environment that promotes their harmonious development and encourages their individuality and autonomy. Based on the dimensions of the exercise of positive parenting, projects were developed at each internship context, covering areas such as child safety and accident prevention, care for babies with colic, formation to the nursing and multidisciplinary team with a focus on promoting positive parenting.
