Abstract(s)
A presente tese tem como objetivo compreender a influência da robotização de processos no contexto da gestão financeira do grupo Nors, sendo a implementação desta tecnologia uma realidade cada vez mais observada no contexto empresarial. A metodologia utilizada foi estudo de caso visto que foram utilizados documentos cedidos pela empresa para descrever os processos que foram robotizados pela área de contas a pagar – análise de bloqueios, pagamento às marcas e análise de adiantamentos. Antes de apresentar os casos, foi feita uma revisão à literatura existente, como conceitos e definições, vantagens e desvantagens e ainda foram apresentados outros casos de sucesso da aplicação desta tecnologia. Concluiu-se que com a aplicação desta tecnologia existiu uma diminuição do tempo necessário para realizar as tarefas que foram robotizadas, aumento da satisfação dos colaboradores e por consequência dos clientes pois os mesmos conseguiam responder mais rapidamente e maior controlo dos processos visto que começaram a ser realizados duma só maneira. Uma das limitações deste trabalho foi o facto de ainda não existirem muitos indicadores financeiros, por exemplo, quais as consequências reais no ROI, após a implementação do projeto RPA.
This thesis aims to understand the influence of the robotization of processes in the context of the financial management of the Nors group, since the implementation of this technology is a reality that is increasingly being observed in the business context. The methodology used was a case study, since documents provided by the company were used to describe the processes that were robotized by the accounts payable area - analysis of blockages, payment to brands and analysis of advances. Before presenting the cases, a review was made of the existing literature, such as concepts and definitions, advantages and disadvantages, and other successful cases of the application of this technology were also presented. It was concluded that, with the application of this technology, there was a reduction in the time needed to carry out the tasks that were robotized, an increase in employee satisfaction and, consequently, customer satisfaction as they were able to respond more quickly and greater control of the processes as they began to be carried out in a single way. One of the limitations of this work was the fact that there are still not many financial indicators, for example, what the real consequences were in terms of ROI after implementing the RPA project.
