englobassem apenas teletrabalho e o modo presencial (n=56, 38.4%).
This project is part of the Master degree in Educational Psychology, with the objective of presenting the study on the relationship between parental stress, parental self-efficacy and work-family conflict during the Covid-19 pandemic. Participated in this study 146 parents, aged between 27 and 50 years (M=42.08, SD=5.28). Most of them have two children (n=72), a bachelor's degree (n=78) and 122 are married (83.6%). During the pandemic, they revealed that they carried out their work functions that did not only encompass teleworking and face-to-face (n=56, 38.4%). Data were collected from two questionnaires (sociodemographic and about the experience in confinement), from the Parental Self-Efficacy Scales, from Parental Stress and from Work-Family Conflict. The results obtained by us revealed that there are relationships between Parental Stress and Work-Family Conflict and that the remaining relationships with Parental Self-Efficacy are partially confirmed. The number of children only influences the Negative Parental Self-Efficacy due to the increase in parental control attitudes towards the child's development and in the levels of Lack of Control, that is, the greater number of children is related to less control by them, influencing stress. Furthermore, parents' fears and anxieties tend to increase with increasing age, in turn influencing stress levels. It is recognized the need to carry out longitudinal studies and analyze the impact of the pandemic not only at the parental level, but also at the family level (parents-children and children-parents).
