O presente Relatório de Atividade Clínica reúne as competências, os conhecimentos e a experiência clínica adquiridos ao longo dos cinco anos do <br/>Mestrado Integrado em Medicina Dentária. Neste documento é apresentada a atividade clínica desenvolvida durante o 5.º ano curricular, com especial enfoque em casos clínicos representativos da área da Reabilitação Oral. Este relatório tem como principal objetivo descrever e analisar <br/>criticamente a prática clínica realizada ao longo do último ano de formação, evidenciando o processo de aquisição e consolidação de competências técnicas, científicas e clínicas. Através da apresentação de casos clínicos completos, pretende-se refletir sobre as opções terapêuticas adotadas, os procedimentos executados e os resultados obtidos. A organização do relatório segue as diferentes áreas disciplinares da atividade clínica, apresentando, para cada uma delas, os pacientes acompanhados na qualidade de operador e de assistente, bem como os respetivos diagnósticos, planos de tratamento e procedimentos realizados. As competências desenvolvidas ao longo do percurso académico, sustentadas pela integração dos conhecimentos teóricos e da prática clínica, constituem um alicerce fundamental para o exercício da Medicina Dentária. Assim, este relatório representa não só uma síntese do percurso formativo realizado, mas também um importante marco na transição entre a formação universitária e o início da atividade profissional.
This Clinical Activity Report brings together the competencies, knowledge and clinical experience acquired over the five years of the Integrated Master's in Dental Medicine. It presents the clinical activity carried out during the 5th curricular year, with particular emphasis on clinical cases representative of the field of Oral Rehabilitation. The main aim of this report is to describe and critically analyse the clinical practice undertaken throughout the final year of training, highlighting the process of acquiring and consolidating technical, scientific and clinical competencies. Through the presentation of complete clinical cases, it seeks to reflect on the therapeutic options adopted, the procedures performed and the outcomes obtained. The report is organised according to the different disciplinary areas of clinical activity, presenting, for each of them, the patients managed as operator and as assistant, together with their respective diagnoses, treatment plans and procedures performed. The competencies developed throughout the academic path, underpinned by the integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice, constitute a fundamental foundation for the practice of Dental Medicine. Thus, this report represents not only a synthesis of the training path completed, but also an important milestone in the transition between university education and the start of professional activity.
