Abstract(s)
O presente relatório surge no âmbito do estágio integrado no plano curricular do 2.°
Ciclo em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa -
Faculdade de Filosofia de Braga. Este tem como objetivo a sistematização de conceitos
e conhecimentos, assim como a reflexão sobre todas as experiências de aprendizagem
durante o estágio curricular. O estágio realizado decorreu no contexto de Cuidados de
Saúde Primários, mais propriamente no Serviço de Psicologia da Unidade de Recursos
Assistenciais Partilhados, pertencente ao Agrupamento de Centros de Saúde Grande
Porto I – Santo Tirso/Trofa. O estágio proporcionou a realização de diversas atividades,
como observação de práticas profissionais em diferentes contextos, realização de
avaliação psicológica, elaboração e implementação de planos de intervenção psicológica
individual e em grupo, e actividades de formação.
This report is part of the curricular internship of the second cycle of the two-stage degree in Clinical and Health Psychology at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portuguese Catholic University) - Faculty of Philosophy of Braga. It aims to systematize concepts and knowledge, as well as to consider the learning experiences along the process. The internship took place in the framework of Primary Health Care, namely in the Psychology Department of the Shared Assistance Resource Unit within the grouping of health centers of Grande Porto I – Santo Tirso/Trofa. The internship allowed carrying out a range of activities such as watching professional practices in different contexts, conducting psychological assessment, and implementation of individual and group psychological intervention.
