| dc.description.abstract | O Presente trabalho assenta na Perspetiva Relacional-Simbólica e tem como objetivo geral, conhecer a relação e as dinâmicas de casal na presença de doença crónica e a dinâmica relacional com os netos. Foi utilizada a Entrevista Clínica Generacional que visa a compreensão dos intercâmbios geracionacionais em diversos contextos de vida do casal. O estudo realizou-se com um casal originário do Norte de Portugal e casados há 42 anos. O elemento do casal do sexo feminino tem 63 anos, é reformada e sofre de Fibromialgia e o elemento do sexo masculino tem 67 anos e atualmente está desempregado. Os resultados apontam que existe um medo relativo à fuga dos elementos da família decorrente da emigração paterna na fase da infância e que a primazia concedida ao medo do exterior abafa a compreensão da doença a nível familiar demonstrando que aparentemente, a doença não tem impacto significativo a nível da dinâmica familiar. A grã-parentalidade não é abordada, facto que pode ter sido comprometido pelo instrumento ser limitador ou então poderá ser consequência da não assunção da generatividade social por parte do casal. O estudo assume um carater inovador, pelo que não houve a possibilidade de aceder á informação com a devida profundidade, no entanto acreditamos que a utilização do instrumento em estudos futuros dará possibilidade de ter acesso a essa informação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work is based on the Relational-Symbolic Perspective and its general objective is to know the relation and the dynamics of couple in the presence of chronic illness and the relational dynamics with the grandchildren. The Generational Clinical Interview was used to understand the generational exchanges in different contexts of the couple's life. The study was conducted with a couple from the north of Portugal and married 42 years ago. The element of the female couple is 63 years old, is retired and suffers from Fibromyalgia and the male element is 67 years old and is currently unemployed. The results indicate that there is a fear regarding the escape of the family elements due to the father's emigration in the childhood phase and that the primacy granted to the fear of the exterior stifles the understanding of the disease at the family level demonstrating that apparently the disease does not have significant impact to level of family dynamics. High parenting is not addressed, a fact that may have been compromised by the instrument being limiting or may be a consequence of the couple's non-assumption of social generosity. The study assumes an innovative character, reason why it was not possible to access the information with the depth, however we believe that the use of the instrument in future studies will give possibility to have access to this information. | pt_PT |
