A pertença à Igreja é mais do que uma questão a ser resolvida por uma solução
de «preto e branco». Trata-se de um problema eclesiológico que requer um
entendimento profundo.
O Concílio Vaticano II oferece-nos diversas contribuições, como a eclesiologia
de comunhão e a visão sacramental da Igreja, que nos ajudam a obter uma maior
aproximação de resposta ao problema.
Avery Dulles é um autor conhecido no âmbito da eclesiologia católica devido ao
seu trabalho The Models of The Church. Considerando as propostas de Dulles,
estudaremos e aprofundaremos os graus de pertença na iniciação Cristã e a situação das
crianças que morrem sem o baptismo.
Church membership is more than a problem to be solved by a «black and white» solution. It is an ecclesiological issue that requires a thorough understanding. The second Vatican Council gives us several contributions, such as the communion ecclesiology and the sacramental vision of the Church (as the notion of Christ Sacrament), which helps us to get a better approach to the problem. Avery Dulles is a well-known author in catholic ecclesiology due to his work "The Models of the Church". Considering Dulles's proposals, we propose to look at the degrees of belonging in the Christian Initiation experience and the situation of the children who died without baptism.
