| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho centra-se na problemática de melhorar a cidade existente e de que modo a arquitetura pode articular e contribuir para noções como cidade, sociedade, espaço público e habitação. A procura de melhor cidade pode ser realizada com propostas que demonstram novas lógicas ou pontos de interesse na cidade, tomando assim como zona de estudo a Freguesia das Avenidas Novas em Lisboa. O trabalho enquadra-se na sequência da proposta da Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian que tem por objetivo melhorar a Freguesia a que pertence, no âmbito do projeto “O Nosso Km2”. Assim o entendimento e conhecimento de uma cidade existente consolidada é fundamental para dar resposta a alguns dos seus problemas, criando novas vivências através de percursos/rampas, ligações, conexões. Contudo a análise da malha urbana desta freguesia de Lisboa tem um aspeto marcante nas fases do seu crescimento ao longo dos tempos: a existência de uma barreira física ferroviária. Ela corresponderá ao ponto fulcral da intervenção, propondo-se pontes pedonais e cicláveis que promovam a fusão cultural e socioeconómica do território, enquanto objetivo real e concreto. Olhando ao envelhecimento populacional e à mobilidade na cidade como sendo uma realidade à qual não podemos fugir, será de extrema necessidade darmos um contributo agradável com novas lógicas do uso dos espaços na cidade, em função da realidade dos nossos tempos. Devido à existência de vários polos universitários e à problemática do idoso solitário, a habitação intergeracional será o tema que se pretende aprofundar, tentando criar espaços que possam ser usufruídos por todos; e para que tal suceda, serão abordadas todas as escalas do projeto numa linha conceptual que vai desde o urbano ao edifício. A proposta pretende criar locais de transparência e fluidez de passagem, com diversas zonas onde o espaço social vive e penetra, convivendo com o privado e assim criar novas perceções sensíveis na paisagem urbana. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper focuses on the issue of improving the existing city and how architecture can articulate and contribute to notions such as city, society, public space and housing. The demand for better city can be performed with proposals that demonstrate new logic or points of interest in the city, taking as study area the Town of New Avenues in Lisbon. The work is part of following the proposal of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, which aims to improve the parish to which it belongs under the project "Our Km2." So the understanding and knowledge of a consolidated existing city is crucial to address some of their issues, creating new experiences through routes / ramps, connections, connections. However the analysis of the urban fabric of this parish of Lisbon has a striking appearance in the stages of their growth over time: the existence of a physical barrier rail. It will correspond to the focus of intervention, proposing pedestrian and bike bridges that promote cultural and socio-economic merger of the territory, while real objective and concrete. Looking to population aging and mobility in the city as a reality to which we can not escape, it will be of utmost necessity give a nice contribution to the new logical use of space in the city, due to the reality of our times. Due to the existence of several university centers and the problem of solitary elderly, intergenerational housing will be the theme that aims to deepen, trying to create spaces that can be enjoyed by all; and for this to succeed, all project scales will be addressed in conceptual line that goes from the city to the building. The proposal aims to create local transparency and fluidity in passing, with several areas where the social space and penetrates lives, living with the private and thus create new perceptions sensitive in the urban landscape. | pt_PT |
