| dc.description.abstract | A expressão «Linguagem da Cruz» (1Cor 1,18) preside ao tema da tese que propomos apresentar, centrando-nos na Primeira Carta aos Coríntios. Neste sentido, compreenderemos como a afirmação paulina, «Linguagem da Cruz» (1Cor 1,18), não é um objeto entre outros de reflexão teológica, mas o seu princípio estruturante. A presente dissertação tem três capítulos. No primeiro, «Contextualização da Primeira Carta aos Coríntios», apresenta-se uma pequena abordagem da cidade de Corinto e de seus aspetos sociais e culturais, tal como das características da Igreja aí presente. No segundo, abordamos «Estrutura e análise do texto», onde se realizou um estudo exegético teológico. Finalmente, no terceiro e último abordamos «As características da linguagem da Cruz» (1Cor 1,18-25). Refletimos sobre traços fundamentais que emergem da perícope que são: μωρία (loucura), σκάνδαλον (escândalo), σοφία (sabedoria) e δύναμις θεοῦ (poder de Deus). O anúncio do «Cristo crucificado» opera uma inversão de valores: aquilo que o mundo considera loucura e escândalo, na linguagem da Cruz, é sabedoria e poder de Deus. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The expression «Language of the Cross» (1Cor 1,18) presides over the theme of the thesis we propose to present, focusing on the First Letter to the Corinthians. In this sense, we will understand how Paul's statement, «Language of the Cross» (1Cor 1,18) is not just one among many objects of theological reflection, but its structuring principle. This dissertation has three chapters. In the first, «Contextualization of the First Letter to the Corinthians» characteristics of the Church there. In the second, «Structure and analysis of the text», where a theological exegetical study was carried out. In the third and last chapter, «The characteristics of the language of the Cross» (1Cor 1,18-25), we reflect on the fundamental traits that emerge from the pericope, which are: μωρία (folly), σκάνδαλον (scandal), σοφία (wisdom) and δύναμις θεοῦ (power of God). The proclamation of «Christ crucified» brings about a reversal of values: what the world considers foolishness and scandal is, in the language of the Cross, wisdom, and the power of God. | eng |
