O presente relatório expõe o percurso efetuado ao longo da unidade curricular:
Relatório, realizado no Instituto Nacional de Emergência Médica e no Serviço de
Medicina Intensiva do Centro Hospitalar do Baixo Vouga – Unidade de Aveiro,
preconizado no Plano de Estudos do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com
Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica do Instituto Ciências da Saúde
da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto.
Este revela o crescimento pessoal e profissional enquanto futura Enfermeira
Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, sendo que as grandes
aprendizagens que se enaltecem deste percurso são: o aprimoramento da
capacidade crítico-reflexiva, a maior consciencialização e operacionalização de
medidas de prevenção e controlo da infeção, o aperfeiçoamento de habilidades
relativas à supervisão clínica e o desenvolvimento de aptidões técnicas e
humanas na assistência ao doente em estado crítico e família.
Como contributos desta escalada enfatiza-se a proposta de intervenção relativa à
prevenção e controlo de infeção no pré-hospitalar, o procedimento de cuidados
oftálmicos e a proposta de mudança estrutural do colutório de higiene oral do
doente crítico, os artigos de opinião, referentes à chamada para o número 112,
publicados em jornais locais, e a elaboração de uma revisão integrativa sob a
forma de artigo científico acerca dos cuidados oftálmicos ao doente crítico.
O presente relato seguiu a metodologia descritiva e reflexiva e está estruturado
por quatro capítulos no sentido de facilitar a sua consulta, demonstrando os
ganhos obtidos no trajeto dos estágios. Destaca-se a reflexão das atividades
desenvolvidas e competências adquiridas através da mobilização e
operacionalização de saberes e exposição das aprendizagens profissionais.
This report sets out the route made along the course: Report (held at the National Institute of Medical Emergency and Intensive Care Unit of the Hospital of the Lower Vouga - Unit of Aveiro), as recommended in the syllabus of the Master in Nursing with Speaciality in Medical Surgical Nursing of Institute of Health Sciences of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Porto. This reveals the personal and professional growth while future Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing, and the great learnings that praise this course are: the improvement of critical and reflective capacity, increased awareness and implementation of measures about infection prevent and control, the skills improvement on clinical supervision and the development of technical and human skills in assisting the critically ill patient and his family.
