Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório insere-se no plano de estudos do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem, Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Este trabalho surge como um documento ilustrativo da aprendizagem adquirida durante o Estágio, realizado nos Serviços, de Urgência, de Cuidados Intensivos de Cardiologia e Bloco Operatório, do CHVNG/E.
Descreve o que foi realizado, através da reflexão crítica dos objectivos gerais e específicos traçados, bem como dá visibilidade às actividades desenvolvidas, relatando as situações/problemas encontrados, referindo as estratégias sugeridas para a sua resolução, assim como descreve as competências adquiridas.
O Estágio referente ao Módulo I foi realizado no Serviço de Urgência. Proporcionou-me perceber a dinâmica dos cuidados prestados ao doente crítico nas diferentes áreas da urgência, permitindo-me mobilizar/adquirir conhecimentos e competências na área: da triagem, amarelo/laranja, verde/azul, pequena cirurgia, ortopedia e sala de reanimação.
O Estágio correspondente ao Módulo II decorreu na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos de Cardiologia, permitindo-me aprofundar/melhorar conhecimentos e competências na área de cuidados intensivos.
Ao Módulo III correspondeu um estágio opcional sobre Enfermagem no Perioperatório, permitindo-me mobilizar/adquirir conhecimentos e competências para assistência ao doente nas diferentes fases do perioperatório.
A metodologia escolhida para a realização deste trabalho baseia-se no método descritivo e analítico através da reflexão e exposição das diferentes actividades realizadas, confrontando-as com as actividades propostas no Projecto de Estágio.
Com este trabalho pretendo demonstrar de uma forma global as competências adquiridas, sua importância e relevância para o cabal desempenho da função de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica.
The present report is included on a Master study plan in Nursing, specialization in Surgery Nursing, lectured by Instituto de Ciências da Saúde - Universidade Católica Portuguesa. This work appears as an illustrative document of the knowledge acquired during the Training performed on the following services: Emergency unit, Cardiology Intensive care unit and Operating room from CHVNG/E. It describes what was performed through critical reflection from both general and specific goals, and highlights the activities developed, highlighting the activities for achieving these goals on the situations / problems encountered, indicating the suggested strategies to address them and their implementation, and show skills acquired. The training referring to module I was performed in the Emergency room unit. It enabled me with the understanding of the dynamic of the care performed to the critical patient, in the different emergency areas, allowing me to achieve knowledge and skills in the area of: triage, yellow/orange, green/blue, small surgery, orthopedic and reanimation room. The training referring to module II was performed in the Intensive care unit of Cardiology enabling me to improve the knowledge and skills in the area of intensive care unit. The module III referred to the optional training about Nursing in Operation room allowing me to achieve knowledge and skills on assisting the surgical patient on all stages of the surgery. The chosen methodology for the development of this work is based on descriptive method and analytic thinking trough reflection and exposure to the different activities performed, confronting them with the ones proposed on The Training project. With this work it’s my goal to highlight in a global way the achieved skills, its importance for the accurate development of the nursing work, specialized in Medical surgical nursing.
