A presente dissertação versa sobre o acesso e exercício do trabalho pelas pessoas portadoras da deficiência, revisitando a legislação internacional, europeia e nacional, e também a respetiva jurisprudência, com especial enfoque no conceito de discriminação positiva e quotas de emprego para tais cidadãos.
The present dissertation concerns the access and exercise of a job by people suffering from disabilities, by reviewing the international, European and national legislation and revisiting the related case law, with special focus on the positive discrimination concept and employment quota for these citizens.
