Abstract(s)
O presente relatório integra-se no âmbito da Unidade Curricular (UC) Estágio Final e Relatório, inserido no curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na Área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica, do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Tem como finalidade descrever, analisar e refletir todo o percurso de aprendizagem, justificando a aquisição das competências comuns do Enfermeiro Especialista e as competências específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica. Apresenta-se dividido em dois capítulos, o primeiro refere-se à Revisão da Literatura tipo Scoping intitulada: Fatores que influenciam a adesão dos enfermeiros ao “Feixe de Intervenções” de Prevenção de Infeção de Local Cirúrgico e o segundo denomina-se Análise do Processo de Aquisição e Desenvolvimento de Competências em Contexto de Estágio no Serviço de Medicina Intensiva. O presente relatório, bem como todo o Curso realizado permitiram a aquisição e aprofundamento de conhecimentos, uma maior segurança nos cuidados prestados por mim à pessoa em situação crítica, e a prestação de cuidados de qualidade, promovendo boas práticas, levando não só a um crescimento profissional como também a um crescimento pessoal.
This report falls within the scope of the Curricular Unit (CU) Final Internship and Report, inserted in the Master’s course in Nursing and Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the Area of Nursing for the Person in Critical Situation, of the Institute of Health Sciences of the Catholic University of Lisbon. This aims to describe, analyze and reflect on the entire learning path, justifying the acquisition of common skills of the Specialist Nurse and the specific skills of the Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing in the area of Nursing for the Person in Critical Situation. It is divided into two chapters, the first refers to the Scoping-type Literature Review entitled: Factors that influence the adherence of nurses to the “Bundle of Interventions” for the Prevention of Surgical Site Infection and the second is called Analysis of the Process of Acquisition and Development of Skills in the Context of Internship in the Intensive Care Medicine Service. This report, as well as the entire Course carried out, allowed the acquisition and deepening of knowledge, a greater security in the care provided by me to the person in a critical situation, and the provision of quality care, promoting good practices, leading not only to a professional growth as well as a personal growth.
