| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de natureza profissional com especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa. O período a que se reporta este relatório é de 3 de setembro a 19 de dezembro de 2018, estando dividido em dois contextos: Hospital de Dia de Adolescentes e Atividade Terapeutas de Referência (acompanhamento de utentes na comunidade). Este documento tem como objetivo descrever e refletir sobre o percurso formativo realizado ao longo do estágio da especialidade de Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica. O mesmo traduz a análise e reflexão crítica das competências desenvolvidas e adquiridas inerentes ao Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica e Mestre em Enfermagem. Mostra ainda os progressos e fatores que contribuíram para a minha aprendizagem e dificuldades sentidas relativas às experiências vivenciadas e à concretização dos objetivos e intervenções delineados. O estágio, pela multiplicidade de situações encontradas, permitiu uma prestação de cuidados especializada no âmbito da enfermagem de saúde mental e psiquiátrica tendo por base a relação terapêutica em toda a intervenção de enfermagem. Destaca-se em ambos os contextos, a mobilização de conhecimentos, saberes, reflexões e debates, no sentido do desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional. Este percurso formativo contribuiu para a aquisição e desenvolvimento de um leque diversificado de competências profissionais e pessoais, nomeadamente as específicas do Enfermeiro Especialista de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica e Mestre em Enfermagem. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report was prepared within the scope of the Master's Degree in Nursing of a professional nature with specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing of the Health Sciences Institute of the Portuguese Catholic University. The period covered by this report is from September 3 to December 19, 2018. It is divided into two contexts: Adolescent Day Hospital and Reference Therapists Activity (follow-up in the community). This document aims to describe and reflect on the training course carried out throughout the Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing specialty. The same translates the analysis and critical reflection of the developed and acquired competences inherent to the Specialist Nurse in Mental and Psychiatric Health and Master in Nursing. It also shows the progress and factors that contributed to my learning and experienced difficulties related to the lived experiences and the achievement of the objectives and interventions outlined. The stage, due to the multiplicity of situations encountered, allowed the provision of specialized care in the field of mental and psychiatric health nursing, based on the therapeutic relationship and Mindfulness throughout the nursing intervention. In both contexts, the mobilization of knowledge, knowledge, reflections and debates in the sense of personal and professional development stands out. This training course contributed to the acquisition and development of a diverse range of professional and personal skills, namely those of the Specialist Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing and Master in Nursing. | pt_PT |
