A presente investigação propõe diálogos maternos com o enfoque na desconstrução da representação visual da mulher mãe através da perspectiva e experiência de diversas artistas com obras que compreendem intensos conteúdos emocionais, feministas e identificatórios. A partir do objeto de estudo, compõe-se uma breve contextualização dos ciclos maternos com base no ponto de vista da ruptura da idealização e romantização pertinente a cada fase, cultivada historicamente. A pesquisa confronta a persistência das criações imagéticas que permanecem no idealismo materno e na compulsão pouco empática e benéfica a saúde mental feminina. O reconhecimento desse estudo transfere uma intensa transformação pessoal e assim, estabelece uma relação entre a produção imagética como instrumento terapêutico, psicológico e ato político que integram a maternidade, para além das distinções e usabilidades das artes enquanto contexto arteterapêutico, as suas funções como suporte, rede de apoio e cura.
This research proposes maternal dialogues with a focus on deconstructing the mother-woman’ visual representation through the perspective and experience from various artists whose works contain intense emotional, feminist and identificatory content. With reference to the object of study, a brief contextualization of the maternal cycles is combined as a rupture of the idealization and romanticization pertinent to each phase, historically cultivated. The research confronts the persistence of imaginary creations that remain in maternal idealism and compulsion hardly empathetic or beneficial to women's mental health. The recognition of this study transfers an intense personal transformation and thus establishes a relationship between image production as a therapeutic, psychological and political instrument that integrates motherhood, in addition to the distinctions and usability of the arts as an art-therapeutic context, its functions as a acknowledge, networks support and cure.
