Abstract(s)
This work examines some issues on family disputes. It emphasis the fact that family disputes
must not be addressed and resolved in a strictly juridical way, namely those related to children
which should not be approached in terms of equality between man and woman but must consider
the important role of mothers in early childhood. It presents the benefits of family mediation. It
states that the great challenge is the rearrangement of family life that arises out of the conflict in
order to face up the future.
