Abstract(s)
In this essay we try to settle nexus of learning made possible by the use of the strategy
case study analysis, as a constructivist learning strategy of nursing knowledge, with the
significant impact of a training process that combines the experience of pro
viding
nursing care
nursing care clinical training
, with reflection of the meanings of learning
to nursing care.
We make a comparative analysis between the nursing diagnoses proposed by the
students in the case studies as support, the intervention of the
nurse to the person
with impairment of surgical disorders and clinical instruction in development contexts
underlying them.
The analysis tends to foresee that the underlying philosophy of providing nursing care
to the case study of the development context,
can influence the proposals and
justification of nursing diagnoses proposed by the students.
It was identified opportunities of growth of the reflective dimension of learning as
construction of knowledge in nursing.
