Abstract(s)
O artigo parte de uma análise de alguns paradoxos da condição pósmoderna, concentrando-se nas tensões entre individualização e massificação, entre fragmentarização e holismo e entre secularização e sacralização. Fazendo depois uma breve análise da estrutura do ato de fé, retira por último as consequências do contexto cultural pós-moderno analisado para o processo de transmissão da fé, sobretudo no seu impacto sobre as culturas juvenis. Exploram-se as potencialidades do personalismo, frente ao individualismo e à massificação; as potencialidades das identidades particulares e universais, frente aos problemas do fragmentário e do holístico, e as possibilidades de uma verdadeira secularização, frente aos problemas do secularismo e da sacralização neo-religiosa.
The article stems from an analysis of some paradoxes of the postmodern condition, focusing on tensions between individualization and universalism, between fragmentation and holism and between secularization and sacredness. After making a brief analysis of the structure of the Act of Faith, the article finally extracts the consequences of the postmodern cultural context analyzed for the process of transmitting the faith, especially its impact on youth cultures. The article explores the potentialities of personalism, in view of individualism and universalism; the potentialities of particular and universal identities, in view of the problems of the fragmentary and the holistic, and the possibilities of a real secularization, in view of the problems of secularism and neo-religious sacredness.
