Abstract(s)
O insucesso escolar continua a afectar muitos dos nossos alunos. A identificação das causas e das formas de o colmatar é uma preocupação que vem sendo partilhada já há muitos anos por investigadores educacionais, por professores e pelos órgãos de gestão das escolas. A literatura consultada sobre esta temática levou-nos ao conhecimento sobre a existência de vários factores, intrínsecos e extrínsecos aos alunos, responsáveis pelo (in) sucesso escolar e ao reconhecimento de que não há uma forma única e ideal de ensinar e de aprender. Assim, o presente artigo incide sobre as estratégias de estudo e aprendizagem, considerando-as como um dos possíveis factores que influenciam o (in) sucesso escolar.
The school failure continues to affect many of our students. The identification of the causes and how to bridge failure is a concern that has been shared for many years by educational researchers, teachers and schools' directors. The literature on this subject led us to the knowledge of the existence of several factors, intrinsic and extrinsic to the students, responsible for the scholar success/unsuccess, and recognition that there isn't an unique or ideal way to teach and learn. For that, this article focus on the learning strategies, considering them as one of the possible factors influencing the scholar success/unsuccess.
