O presente texto versa sobre o quórum constitutivo e quórum deliberativo. São apreciados os requisitos de aplicação das duas figuras, tendo por base o panorama legislativo português, em particular nas sociedades por quotas e anónimas. É, do mesmo modo, apreciada a dimensão da autonomia estatutária admissível nesta matéria, concretizando as possibilidades de aumento e diminuição dos referidos quóruns.
This text deals with the quorum and the deliberative quorum. Application requirements of the two figures are appreciated, based on the Portuguese law, particularly in the limited companies. It is likewise appreciated the power of the partners to change the mentioned quorums, either increasing or decreasing.
