Introduction: Anticipatory Grief involves complex emotions that require a sensitive and integrated approach, extending beyond the management of physical symptoms. Its management is essential for the well-being of those involved and for improving the quality of life in Palliative Care. Objectives: To identify interventions implemented for the management of Anticipatory Grief to promote comfort in individuals in Palliative Care; to explore their effectiveness in Anticipatory Grief management and in the wellbeing of individuals in palliative situations; and to assess their impact on multidimensional comfort within the framework of Katharine Kolcaba's Comfort Theory. Methodology: A narrative review was conducted, analyzing studies on interventions for Anticipatory Grief management and their effectiveness in promoting comfort. Results: Three studies were included in this investigation, all of which demonstrated various interventions that proved effective in managing Anticipatory Grief in individuals in palliative situations. Data related to Nursing Interventions Classification and the Regulatory Profile of Specialist Nurses' Competencies were collected for each Katharine Kolcaba's Comfort Theory dimension. Discussion: The results indicate that the interventions implemented in Anticipatory Grief management, aligned with the Katharine Kolcaba's Comfort Theory dimensions, are effective in promoting comfort, emphasizing the importance of individualized adaptations to the needs of individuals in Palliative Care. Conclusion: The management of Anticipatory Grief significantly contributes to promoting comfort across its various dimensions, although differences in Anticipatory Grief definitions among studies were observed.
