A partir da discussão de algumas teorias de género e do correspondente esclarecimento de alguns dos seus conceitos fundamentais, explora-se sobretudo a potencialidade relacional das diferenças inter-humanas, articuladas biológica, simbólica e socialmente. A partir desses fundamentos, propõe-se uma definição de família baseada no potencial relacional e institucional da sexualidade humana. É a partir dessa base antropológica que se pode elaborar uma leitura teológica deste tópico, na estreita conjugação entre interpretação natural e sobrenatural da relacionalidade humana.
After the discussion of some gender theories and the corresponding clarification of some of its fundamental concepts, the text explores the relational potentialityof inter-human differences, in their biological, symbolic and social senses. These foundations permit a definition of family based on the relational and institutional potentialof human sexuality. Such anthropological departing point is followed by a theologicaldefinition of human family, structured above the conjugation between natural and supernatural interpretation of human relationality.
