O presente texto tem por objeto as sanções do “mau uso por parte do usufrutuário”, em especial no tocante ao usufruto de participações sociais; entre os problemas tratados destaca-se o modo de aplicar às participações sociais o direito do proprietário da raiz a que a coisa “lhe seja entregue”.
The object of this text are the sanctions of the misuse by the usufructuary, especially in what concerns shareholdings; among the problems addressed, deserves to be highlighted the way to apply to shareholdings the right of the owner to demand the delivery of the object of the usufruct.
