O cuidar em humanitude: uma perspetiva confortadora

| dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Sintetizar o conhecimento científico sobre o método de cuidados de humanitude no cuidar à pessoa idosa.Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura disponível nas bases de dados CINAHL, LILACS e SciELO, por meio de descritores: Humanitude, Cuidado, Enfermagem, ligados pelo operador booleano and, em português, espanhol e inglês, publicados no período de 2006 a 2017. Totalizando sete estudos selecionados, seguindo critérios de inclusão e exclusão. Resultados:Da análise emergiram três eixos temáticos sobre o método de cuidados de humanitude: Importância que os enfermeiros conferem ao método; Aplicação do método nos cuidados de enfermagem; e Formação do método de cuidados de humanitude nos profissionais de saúde.Conclusões: Nesse sentido, este estudo poderá contribuir para uma reflexão e mudança de prática dos profissionais de enfermagem frente à necessidade do respeito e da preservação da autonomia do idoso, bem como reestruturação de programas de ensino e formação nas instituições. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Objective: Synthesize scientific knowledge about humanitude’s care method in elderly care.Method: Integrative literature review available in the CINAHL, LILACS and SciELO databases, using the descriptors: Humanitude, Care, Nursing, linked by the Boolean operator, published between 2006 and 2017, in Portuguese, Spanish and English. Seven studies were selected after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results: From the analysis arose the following thematic axes on the method of humanitude’s care: Importance that the nurses confer to the method; Application of the method in nursing care; and Formation of the humanitude’s care method in health professionals.Conclusions: This study may contribute to a reflection and achange in nurse practice facing the need to respect and preserve the autonomy of the elderly, as well as the restructuring of teaching and training programs in institutions. | eng |
