Abstract(s)
In every historical moment, the society lives their dilemmas, the more pronounced nowadays is the redemption of the man and the best possibilities to keep him in a state of happiness, giving him life quality and enabling positive results. In this context, sciences are supported from studies of objects and related concepts, thence interdisciplinary dominating the arguments and subjectivity providing various interpretations. Previous studies treated the man as mechanistic, which yielded, over the years, simplistic and reductionist view of their problems and today extends this study but changing the approach, now to the rescue of their individualities and their maintenance in social groups. The goal of this paper will be to present the importance of the expression of feelings and emotions through a specific way, the spontaneous theater for learning and reflection. Practice was developed with groups of students in their third period of the Administration course and the main theoretical frameworks were Jacob Levi Moreno and Cecilia Bergamini. The practical-experience approach from the realization of experimental spontaneous theater allowed a small cutout of expressions and feelings, emotions and even conflicts regarding positions and individual stocks, for those who we believe will be future managers. It was noticed, from the construction of the characters, the importance that should be given to behavioral aspects and life history of each participant involved in the individual processes and management, believing the group perspective of building organizational environments fairer and happy starting from the self-perception and self-recognition of its members.
