Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objectivo analisar a viabilidade económico-financeira da
produção de hidrogénio com aplicação industrial, tendo como apoio uma revisão bibliográfica
de conceitos técnicos, económicos e de marketing.
O caso em estudo baseia-se na produção de oxi-hidrogénio o qual deverá ser utilizado
para aquecimento industrial e doméstico. O método de produção do oxi-hidrogénio é inovador,
implicando um design inovador dos reservatórios onde este vai ser produzido.
O hidrogénio é considerado um componente chave num sistema energético limpo e sustentável,
utilizado como vector energético nos sectores industrial, comercial, doméstico e de
transportes.
Investimentos em desenvolvimento nesta área apresentam um elevado potencial social e
ambiental mas deverão ser ponderados os riscos que advém, entre outros do factor cultural
(sociedade dependente dos hidrocarbonetos).
O gás produzido pela empresa provoca poupanças no consumo do combustível fóssil,
conforme por ela reivindicado. Esta análise inclui um estudo de Marketing onde numa análise
ao mercado é identificada a concorrência, e as ameaças existentes. As formas para definir o preço
do produto, a promoção, e, a distribuição foram expostas concisamente.
Os Indicadores de Rentabilidade foram obtidos através das projecções dos Cash-Flow. Os
Cash-Flow foram calculados através da conta de exploração da organização. A conta de
exploração foi obtida através dos dados fornecidos pela organização. Simulações foram efectuadas
para avaliar a incerteza do projecto.
No final conclui-se qual:
Ω O processo para a produção sustentável de Oxi-Hidrogénio;
Ω A estratégia comercial definida e preparada para possíveis ameaças;
Ω A atractividade necessária para os investidores e parceiros interessados.
The main objective of the present work is to assess the economic feasibility of hydrogen production aimed to be used in industry, with the support of literature review on technical, microeconomics and marketing concepts. The case under analysis concerns the production of oxy-hydrogen, to be used specifically in industrial and domestic heating applications. The method used in the process of oxyhydrogen production is innovative due to an innovative design of the reservoirs that integrate the process. Energy based on hydrogen is clean and a sustainable resource used nowadays in industry, commerce, household and transport. Investments in this area provide a high social and environmental impact. In particular, risks originated in the cultural context – dependency on hydrocarbons – must be taken into account. The gas produced by the company results in significant savings in fossil fuel consumption, so as claimed. This analysis includes a Marketing overview that enabled the competition to be identified, threats and opportunities. The ways to set the product price, promotion, and distribution were briefly exposed. The Profitability Indicators were obtained through projections of the predicted Cash-Flow over a few years ahead. Cash-Flows were calculated by the organization's operating account. The operations account was obtained by means of data provided by the organization. Simulations were performed to assess the uncertainty of the project. In the end it conclusions were: Ω The process for the sustainable production of Oxy-Hydrogen; Ω The business strategy defined and prepared for potential threats; Ω The attractiveness needed for investors and stakeholders.
