Este artigo procura perceber a importância de que se revestem os conceitos da identidade e da cultura das organizações, compreendendo também qual o papel desempenhado pela comunicação interna, quanto à sua influência e à consolidação dos valores culturais e identitários. Desta forma, realizou-se um estudo de caso à organização comOn Group, que ajudou a aferir se os colaboradores se reconhecem nos valores do grupo e se a comunicação interna desempenha um papel fulcral na transmissão desses valores culturais e identitários.
This article seeks to understand the importance of the concepts of identity and culture of organizations, including the role played by internal communication, its influence and the consolidation of cultural and identity values. This way, a case study was also carried out with the organization comOn Group, which helped to assess whether employees recognize and review themselves in the values of the group and whether internal communication plays a central role in the transmission of these cultural and identity values.
