Abstract(s)
A finalidade e natureza desta investigação centra-se na comparação entre as diferentes etapas e estágios de aprendizagem motora. Foram selecionados de forma intencional dois atletas, cuja faixa etária recai em idades compreendidas entre os 9 e os 14 anos, atletas dos escalões sub-10 e sub-15. Estudo de natureza qualitativa. O instrumento de avaliação adotado foi a observação direta e não participante, recorrendo a um conjunto de quatro exercícios destinados a crianças/pré- adolescentes. Com base nos resultados pudemos aferir que é fundamental que as habilidades inerentes à prática da modalidade se trabalhem desde cedo.
The purpose and nature of this investigation focuses on the comparison between the different stages and stages of motor learning. Two athletes were intentionally selected, whose age range falls between 9 and 14 years old, athletes from the sub-10 and sub-15 levels. Qualitative study. The assessment instrument adopted was direct and non-participant observation, using a set of four exercises aimed at children / pre-adolescents. Based on the results we were able to verify that it is essential that the skills inherent to the practice of the modality work from an early age.
