| dc.description.abstract | Este artigo procura apresentar a correlação entre filosofia e teologia, razão e fé, na obra de Joaquim Cerqueira Gonçalves que recusa a cisão moderna iluminista e positivista de associar a fé e a religião ao irracional e à superstição, por contraposição com a filosofia e a ciência identificadas com a racionalidade e a verdade. A filosofia surge na Grécia pela apropriação de problemas anteriormente levantados pelas manifestações culturais míticas e religiosas e a religião desenvolve-se no Ocidente pela apropriação de categorias filosóficas greco-romanas. Mas o autor propõe uma nova racionalidade religiosa que conceba o mundo como doação em desenvolvimento e não como realidade degradada sujeita a restauração. Em oposição à metafísica grega da degradação e reintegração no Uno e em oposição à metafísica gnóstica cristã da queda e da redenção, o pensador franciscano, em diálogo com o pensamento medieval de Duns Escoto e São Boaventura e em diálogo com a fenomenologia contemporânea de E. Lévinas e Michel Henry, propõe uma metafísica da criação e da manifestação fundada na Unidade diferenciada de Deus trino, que promova os valores da ecologia e de ecumenismo religioso. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This article strives to convey the correlation between philosophy and theology, reason and faith in the work of Joaquim Cerqueira Gonçalves, who rejected the modern enlightened and positivist division of associating faith and religion to the irrational and to superstition to the contrary of philosophy and science identified as rational and true. Philosophy emerged in Greece through the appropriation of problems previously raised by mythical and religious cultural manifestations and with religion developing in the West through the appropriation of the Greco-Roman philosophic categories. However, this author put forward a new religious rationality that conceives of the world as a gift under development and not as a degraded reality subject to restoration. In opposition to the Greek metaphysics of degradation and reintegration into the One and in opposition to the Christmas gnostic metaphysics of the fall and redemption, the Franciscan thinker, in dialogue not only with the medieval thinking of Duns Escoto and Saint Bonaventure but also with the contemporary phenomenology of E. Lévinas and Michel Henry, proposed a metaphysics of creation and manifestation founded on the differentiated Unity of God, a triune that fosters the values of ecology and religious ecumenism. | pt_PT |
