dc.description.abstractEstudio exploratorio que tiene como objetivo general indagar en el conocimiento, actitudes y opiniones de las mujeres gestantes sobre el uso de alcohol durante el embarazo en EspaƱa; Francia y Portugal. Se utilizĆ³ una metodologĆ­a cualitativa basada en un enfoque fenomĆ©nolĆ³gico mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a 63 mujeres que estaban o habĆ­an estado embarazadas (30 espaƱolas, 20 francesas y 18 portuguesas), procediendo posteriormente a un abordaje semi-inductivo de los datos. El anĆ”lisis categĆ³rico e interpretativo de contenido se realizĆ³ con ayuda del programa QSR-NVIVO v.11. Los resultados muestran en los tres paĆ­ses semejanzas en cuanto a la falta de informaciĆ³n recibida por los servicios sanitarios sobre las consecuencias del consumo de alcohol durante el embarazo y diferencias en cuanto al tipo de alcohol ingerido, el cese absoluto durante la gestaciĆ³n y la permisividad en las recomendaciones. Debido a los resultados obtenidos, se considera necesario continuar esta lĆ­nea de investigaciĆ³n.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe general objective of this exploratory study is to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and opinions of pregnant women about the use of alcohol during pregnancy in Spain, France and Portugal. A qualitative methodology based on a phenomenological approach was used through semi-structured interviews to 63 women who were or had been pregnant (30 Spanish, 20 French and 18 Portuguese) proceeding subsequently to a semi-inductive approach to the data. The categorical and interpretative analysis of content was carried out with the help of the QSR-NVIVO v.11 program. The results show similarities in the three countries in terms of the lack of information received by health services about the consequences of alcohol consumption during pregnancy and differences in the type of alcohol ingested, absolute cessation during pregnancy and premissiveness in pregnancy recommendations. Due to the results obtained, we consider necessary to continue this line of research.pt_PT
