Resumo(s)
The subject of this paper is the safety and health coordination training in the building sector.
The authors develop their reflection around the underlying philosophy to the origin of the safety and health coordination figure in the building industry. This figure is seen as actors´ diversity interface management of all those involved, from upstream to downstream, in the building yards.
Within a scientific-methodological approach
similar to a case study, it is characterized a training programme developed in this domain. A set of suggestions is presented in order to transform the representations and the practices of occupational
safety and health in the building industry. The aim of this change is to structure both, representations and practices, around the building yards specificities and the concrete work conditions of the working processes.
