Talon cusp normally occurs on the palatal or lingual surface of maxillary or mandibular anterior teeth in the permanent dentition, while fused teeth are more prevalent in primary anterior teeth. This report presents a rare case of concomitant Talon cusp with the fusion of primary left maxillary incisors. Understanding these dental anomalies and the potential risk factors are important to provide an adequate treatment plan to prevent by using fluoride varnish applications and fissure sealants, or minimize future complications.
