This chapter reviews the enzyme’s isolation and purification through precipitation using polysaccharides and natural polyelectrolytes for production of non-soluble complexes. It covers future trends in this field and the applications of such techniques to industries for bioseparation of industrial enzymes. Polysaccharides are carbohydrate molecules composed of long chains of monosaccharide units bound together by glycosidic linkages, which by hydrolysis release the constituent monosaccharides, such as glucose. Since polysaccharides are one of the significant macromolecules, they are present in all structures having different functions in nature. The projections show continuous growth in the enzyme production, more prominently in those of natural origin. This is mainly related to the development of new strategies to overcome the problems related to the downstream operations of the production process.pt_PT
