Abstract(s)
This chapter shows how the reception of Hussserl’s thought in general and the Ideen in Portugal and Brazil began with Luís Cabral de Moncada’s reading of Husserl with regard to the philosophy of law and how Husserl’s phenomenological approach then spread throughout the Portuguese-speaking world and continues to the present day.
