Com a elaboração da mesma pudemos perceber que as remunerações pagas aos administradores comummente se mostram excessivas e podem causar a ruína da sociedade. A estas remunerações encontram-se igualmente associadas pensões de reforma, stock options, entre outras. Descortinámos, então, várias medidas ex ante e ex post que entendemos poderão evitar a dita ruína. A vastidão do tema e a intenção de nele nos focarmos, constituíram o nosso maior desafio.The dissertation hereby presented serves the purpose of letting the public know the impact which the variable remuneration received by a CEO can cause on a limited liability company. Through the elaboration of this thesis, we have come to understand that the variable remunerations which the CEOs are paid, more often than not, can be excessive and even ruin the company. Associated with these remunerations are other variants, such as retirement pensions, stock options, among others. Therefore, we figured a several of ex ante and ex post measures to be valid on this particular case.
