Começámos este estudo com um enquadramento sociológico da delinquência juvenil, passando para o contexto histórico das medidas tutelares educativas. O nosso foco central é o regime aplicável aos jovens sujeitos à medida tutelar educativa de internamento em Centro Educativo para, com o desenvolvimento do estudo, tentarmos compreender o que se entende por “educação para o direito” e em que medida esta educação contribui para a ressocialização do jovem. Versamos também o nosso estudo sobre o regime de prémios e a aplicação de medidas disciplinares no âmbito dos Centros Educativos, concluindo que tais estímulos positivos e negativos são indispensáveis à obtenção de resultados frutíferos no percurso educativo do jovem.Education for Justice in Educational Centers: in particular, the regime of rewards and disciplinary measures is the subject of this Master's thesis. We begin this study with a sociological framework of juvenile delinquency, moving to the historical context of tutorial educational measures. Our central focus is the regime applicable to young people subject to the tutelary educational measure of institutionalization in Educational Centers with the purpose, throughout the development of this study, of trying to understand what is meant by "education for justice" and to what extent this education contributes to the re-socialization.
