No fim do estudo hipotetizamos uma alteração legislativa quer a nível de alteração às causas já existentes ou perante um eventual acréscimo legislativo face a recentes mudanças legais na legislação alemã.The causes of suspension of the statute of limitations appear as a softening to the effect of the statute of limitations, in this sense we dedicate ourselves to its study in a historical, legislative and comparative law fashion, especially with the legislations that most influence our legal system - the German in the German civil code and the Italian Codice Civile.
