Explicamos ainda a articulação do teletrabalho com o conceito de “acidente de trabalho”, evidenciando os problemas e insuficiências jurídicas da legislação acidentária que podem surgir neste âmbito.In this dissertation, we analyze the legal regime of 'telework', specifically developing the subject of the 'telework agreement' and some aspects of its mandatory minimum content - following the legislative amendment made by Law No. 83/2021 - namely, the 'place of work' and 'working time.'
